BC&ACI Refund Policy

BC&ACI Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This applies to all products sold by BC&ACI

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No exceptions…

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Special Circumstance Returns

We do not directly accept returns on any BC&ACI Powersports products. This includes mopeds, scooters, electric mopeds or scooters or motorcycles. Contact BC&ACI Customer Service at 774-217-6491 immediately if there is an issue with your powersport.

Returns of BC&ACI Powersports must go back to the manufacturer. All costs to return products or exchange products are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

BC&ACI Powersports customers must not have used the powersport. Powersports that have been filled with oil or gas are not returnable by federal law. We will not intercede legally in any way with our customers not abiding by this policy.

The powersport must be in its original packing. You must contact BC&ACI Customer Service for instructions within 30 days and proof of damages will be required to create return instructions.

**Undocumented Packages without approved RMA from BC&ACI Customer Service will not be accepted by the carrier and will be returned to the sender. Please contact BC&ACI Customer Service before making any attempt for an exchange or return. Our office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m Eastern Standard Time. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 90 business days. Including bank processing days.

Refunds on returned items:

**You should expect to receive your refund within 90 Business Days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] we will send you an RMA number via email.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Delivery Time

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. BC&ACI and its subsidiaries can estimate delivery but make no claims on guaranteeing delivery of packages once they have left our facilities. We rely solely on our partnerships with our carriers. Return Delivery Guarantee

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The responsibility of purchasing this additional service is on you, the customer. BC&ACI assume no responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.

Delivery of Items

BC&ACI ship products all over the world. We have affiliated factories and warehouses all over the world. In some cases, products can not be shipped to international destinations where products can not be verified for delivery.

Handling Time

BC&ACI have a strict 7-14-30 day max handling time on all products that are purchased through our Organization and our wholly-owned subsidiaries, wholly-owned virtual subsidiaries where ROB is initiated, wholly-owned divisions, wholly-owned ministries. Our products and services are in very high demand at all times. In most cases, we are able to get products and services out to our customers with less than 7-14 days delivered to your ministry, business, and or personal residence.

This does not include Products marketed through Bakers Concepts Power Stores (GP) DBA., BCPS which are shipped by a different method. BCPS customers 3-7 days handling time. 7 days Max on products ordered through our third-party BCPS Partners and Affiliated Partners.

First, check your purchase page via the confirmation email we sent you of your successful order.

Second Contact us right away we process thousands of orders every day. A dedicated Business Account Executive will help you find your order status. Shipping Carriers

BC&ACI is contracted with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Licenced and Bonded 3rd Party Freight Carriers.

Shipping

BC&ACI customers pay for shipping most of our products are by weight which is calculated at the time of check out. We allow our customers to choose which provider they would like to deliver their products. BC&ACI reserves the right to ship your products to you in the fastest possible way.

Complete Authorized Return Instructions

1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

2. Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. The return address for the package:

4. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items, and when the refund is approved.
