You can request an order cancellation if an order has been placed within 2-6 hrs. To complete your request call 774-217-6491. Please make sure you have the order number that has been emailed to you. Alternatively, you can also email sales support and customer service on our website on the site in which you purchased your product. If you purchased your product on any one of our wholly-owned virtual franchises you will have to visit that site for customer or sales support. BC&ACI does not wholly own its virtual franchises.
